What can you expect if you call us to seek advice?

During the first phone call, we will confirm whether we are able to help you and, if so, our estimate of the costs that you are likely to incur.

If you wish to instruct us, we will meet with you to take instructions on the services you require and any deadlines that may apply.  Where an issue requires urgent attention we will ensure that the relevant actions are taken to protect your interests.

After our initial meeting we will provide you with an estimate of fees for any ongoing legal services that you require. At this stage we will consider whether we are able to offer you alternative fee arrangements, for example, fixed or capped fee arrangements.  We will also ask you to sign a standard costs agreement.

If, in the course of any matter, unforeseen events threaten to increase your costs, we will provide you with further fee estimates and discuss the ways to minimise the impact on you.

Our aim at all times is to to provide practical legal advice that minimises your costs as far as possible.
